AI features

Status: Live.

• AI features (conversation-to-estimate, instant estimates, lead enrichment, drafting help) are provided by Alzar; no setup or API key is needed.
• Voice estimates use a separate speech-to-text service to transcribe recorded audio before it is turned into an estimate.
• Only the text or audio needed for the specific request is sent. AI output is a draft for a person to review; it never sends a quote or invoice on its own.
• Public lead forms are protected from bots with reCAPTCHA.

Retail material pricing

Status: In development; off by default.

Pulls current shelf prices from major home-improvement retailers for items in a workspace's service catalog, per market (service area), so the line-item estimator can start from a current retail reference. Prices are a reference, not a quote, and the feature does nothing until it is enabled for a workspace.
