Production
When a job moves to Production in the Pipeline it appears in the Production work queue. From there your crew works through seven steps.
The seven steps
| Step | Name | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Verification | Check line items, customer details, and colours before cutting anything |
| 2 | Material Pull | Confirm sheet and coil availability and pull stock |
| 3 | Cutting | Shear flat sheets to the cut-list dimensions |
| 4 | Bending | Fold trims and flashings on the brake press |
| 5 | NTM Prep | Load coil and configure the roll-forming machine |
| 6 | QC / Run | Run panels to length and inspect for defects |
| 7 | Ready | Package, label, and stage for delivery or pickup |
Completing step 7 moves the job to In Route in the Pipeline automatically.
Timer
A running clock tracks total production time per job, accumulating across sessions so you know actual shop time for job costing.
Crew assignment
Assign a crew member to each job from your staff list. The system records who completed each step.
Visual cut-list
The cut-list shows each trim piece, its dimensions, and its sheet assignment — including the nesting layout so the crew can see at a glance which pieces come from which sheet.
