Inventory
Inventory counts stock for items in your Material Catalog. Every coil, sheet, trim piece, panel type, and accessory in the catalog appears in Inventory with a quantity on hand.
Stock status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In Stock | Quantity is at or above the reorder point |
| Low Stock | Quantity is above zero but below the reorder point |
| Out of Stock | Quantity is zero |
Reorder alerts
The dashboard summary shows at a glance how many items are below their reorder point. Items below the threshold are highlighted so you can restock before a job is affected.
CSV import
Bulk-import stock counts from a CSV file to avoid manual entry after a physical count.
