Pipeline

The Pipeline is a Kanban board that moves every sales opportunity — from initial lead to final invoice — through a series of configurable stages.

Stages

The default stages are Draft, Sent, Signed, Production, and In Route. Each stage name, order, and overdue threshold (how many days a job can sit in a stage before it is flagged) is configurable in Settings → Pipeline Config.

Kanban and list views

Drag a card to a different stage column to move the job. Switch to List view for tabular sorting and filtering. Both views update in real time when anyone on the team moves a job.

Deal score

Each card shows a deal score based on the job's stage, how long it has been there, and its value. Higher scores surface the jobs that need attention first.

Filtering and search

Filter by status (active, won, lost) or search by name. Jobs can be soft-deleted — moved to Trash and restorable — or permanently removed.

Into Production

When a job is moved to the Production stage it appears automatically in the Production module's work queue. No manual handoff is needed.
